What is actually in your home's air and what each product addresses
We do not really think too much about the air we breathe indoors, but that air can carry dust, pollen, mold spores, bacteria and VOCs at concentrations that outdoor air does not. Blue Label offers three main indoor air quality solutions. Air purifiers and air cleaners mount in-line with your existing duct system and filter particulates before they circulate through the home. Germicidal UV lights install in the air handler and neutralize biological growth on the coil surface and in the airstream. Whole-home dehumidifiers tie into your existing HVAC system to pull excess humidity from every room, not just the single room a portable unit can reach. Houston summers run at high relative humidity for months. A dehumidifier that removes latent load from the air also makes your AC more effective at the same thermostat setting.
How installation works
Most indoor air quality equipment installs in a single visit, in-line with your existing system, without replacing ductwork. A Blue Label technician will walk through your home, talk through what is bothering you (dust, humidity, allergies, odors), and recommend only the products that address the actual problem. We do not sell packages that bundle products you do not need.
