If you are not fully satisfied with the service we provided, you do not pay for the service. All we ask is that you share with us why so we can improve our service to others.
Standard Repair Guarantee
We guarantee that your system will be repaired right. For any work Blue Label performs, we back it for three full years from the time of repair. If the same part fails within 3 years, we replace it at no cost to you.
Like It's Our Own Guarantee
Our technicians were each hand-picked for their skill, craftsmanship and attitude. While they are in your home, they treat it like their own. Your property will be protected. If they fail to leave it as nice as they found it, we give you 3 years of maintenance with our Blue Diamond Club, free of charge.
Installation Guarantees
3-Year No Breakdown Guarantee
Our installation crews are the best, and we stand behind them. We guarantee your new Foundation 14 SEER2 home comfort system will keep you comfortable without any breakdowns for three full years. If it fails within that time, we make all repairs up to equipment replacement.
10-Year No Breakdown Guarantee
For 15.2 SEER2 and above complete systems, we guarantee zero breakdowns for 10 full years. If it does fail, we make any and all repairs up to full system replacement to get you back to like-new condition.
Level for Life Guarantee
We guarantee your new home comfort system will be level on the day of installation and will stay level. If the earth shifts and causes your unit to come out of level, we come back and put it right at no charge.
Apples to Apples Guarantee
Find a better deal within 30 days with the same detailed, legitimate offer and we will match it. We always take the extra step to ensure that you, your home and your new system are safe, efficient and long-lasting.
No Lemon Guarantee
If your system is deemed a lemon because it has had a compressor failure twice in 5 years, we will not just replace the compressor. We will get you an entirely new condensing unit.

Blue Diamond Club
Blue Label’s maintenance membership gives you scheduled tune-ups, guaranteed service within 24 hours and no overtime fees, ever. The One Diamond Plan starts at $159 per year, which works out to two full maintenance visits, priority scheduling, a 5-year repair guarantee and 10% off every service call. Multi-year plans go further: the Three Diamond Plan covers three years at $308, the Five Diamond Plan stretches to five years at $477 with four visits free.
Every plan includes a $59 dispatch fee seven days a week and 15% off upfront repairs and lifetime system enhancements. It is the lowest-friction way to keep a Northwest Houston home comfortable year-round.
