Cypress, Texas . Licence TACLA24135C

Cool air is the easy half.

The hard half is the attic above it, the duct behind it and the coil nobody has looked at since the house was built. Blue Label handles all four, from one truck, in one visit.

Checkable, not claimed

Every number here is one you can look up yourself.

The rating and the review count come off the Google listing. The licence is on the side of the van. The guarantee is the one Blue Label publishes: if the same part fails inside three years it gets replaced at no cost, and if you are not satisfied with the service you do not pay for it.

From the job archive

Four photographs from actual Blue Label jobs.

Not a stock library. These came off the Google listing, which means customers and crew took them on real call outs around Cypress.

The trucks that turn up

Two of the fleet at the end of a working day. The licence number on the door is TACLA24135C, and it is on every vehicle because that is the number you are entitled to check before anyone opens a panel.

An insulation day, mid job

The blower on the drive and the loose fill stacked ready. This is Blue Label's own crew and Blue Label's own machine, which is why the insulation conversation happens in the same visit as the cooling one.

Coil

What the gauges were reading

A coil matted shut. Head pressure climbs, the compressor works against it, and the house never quite gets cold. It is not a dramatic failure, which is exactly why it runs for a whole summer before anyone calls.

The people on the board

Reviews here name individuals rather than the company. Scott turns up in three of the five most recent, once for arriving earlier than he was scheduled to.

How the call actually goes

Read the system first. Then quote the work.

Gauges before parts. A manifold reading tells you whether you are looking at a charge problem, a restriction or a coil that has simply stopped breathing, and those three have very different bills attached.

What customers wrote

The reviews name people, not the company.

That is the tell worth paying attention to in a trade full of five star averages. Scott and Nick come up by name, repeatedly, in reviews written months apart.

Scott did an outstanding job installing the soft start units on my AC systems. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was clean and efficient, and everything is working great.

Nick was extremely thorough while working to identify the root cause of our issues while taking the time to explain how the repairs would remediate them. Nick has earned my business going forward!
Steven Lumpkinsvia Google
Scott was super helpful and knowledgeable. He came out earlier than scheduled to fix our AC, which he did very quickly and efficiently.

The board, most mornings

Bill spent twenty seven years in cooling and heating before he started this in 2019, with his two sons and his daughter.

The guarantee, in one line

Not satisfied means you do not pay for the service. Repairs carry three years on the same part.

Blue Label asks only that you say what went wrong, so the next job goes better. The repair guarantee covers the original owner of the repair and does not transfer.

Before you book

The six questions the office gets most.

Answered the way the office answers them on the phone, including the parts about money.

There is a dispatch fee, and Blue Diamond Club members pay a flat $59 seven days a week. If you are not a member, ask when you book and the office will quote it before anyone is sent out. Nothing gets charged to you that you have not agreed to first.

Three full years from the day of the repair. If the same part fails inside that window Blue Label replaces it at no cost. The guarantee applies to the original owner of the repair and does not transfer with the house.

You do not pay for the service. That is the whole policy. The only thing asked of you is to say why, so the next job goes better.

Blue Diamond Club members are guaranteed service within 24 hours. Everyone else is scheduled as fast as the board allows, and the phones are answered 8am to 8pm Monday through Saturday.

Blue Label runs its own insulation work. The blower and the loose-fill go out on a Blue Label truck with a Blue Label crew. That matters in a Cypress attic, because a system sized correctly for a badly insulated house is still going to run all afternoon.

Cypress first, then out across the Northwest corridor: Houston, Katy, Tomball, Spring, Magnolia, Bellaire and Missouri City.

Cypress . Houston . Katy . Tomball . Spring . Magnolia

Tell them what the house is doing. They will tell you what it is.

You do not pay for the service if you are not satisfied with it, and a repair carries three years on the same part. That is Blue Label's own policy, not a promotion.
